We are a new HS family living on Cape Cod from Wilmington, DE.

Our last parish had an active Blue Knights Boys Club and I would like to start one of the Cape.

The Blue Knights Catholic Club is a boys' club aimed at teaching the truths of the Catholic faith to boys through Scripture, saints' biographies, games, crafts and the Catechism of the Catholic Church. Based on the popular Little Flowers Girls' Club, this program developed by Major Dan McGuire maps out nine virtues for boys ...

Hello Everyone!

I pray everyone is enjoying this beautiful rain while it lasts :-) LOL

One way I have found to pass the time during this rainy season is lapbooking. There is a wonderful Catholic lapbook site where you can get plenty of ideas from. I have bought a couple from this site, (We did the Advent one and I bought the Works of Mercy one, but never did it.) The prices are great for the lapbooks and a wonderful starting point for beginners. (http://www.lapbooksforcatholics.com/) ...

This time of year many homeschoolers are communicating with school officials, sending in evaluations for the past year, along with education plans for the coming year, and in some cases combining the two.
Hello,

I'm new to this group and to homeschooling as well, and I'm looking for tips on getting through the day and not feeling overwhelmed. (i.e fixing meals, schooling multiple kids, cleaning the house, getting alone/relax/exercise time)

How do homeschooling moms fit in all the necessary duties of a homeschooling mom? What do you find necessary to schedule? Any tips you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

God Bless,
